  • Change or remove the website, or any part of it, without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal: and/or
  • Change these Terms & Conditions of Use at any time, and your continued use of the website following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions you can stop using the website.
  • We reserve the right to hold any order due to checks made on personal details. We also reserve the right to change/alter prices at any time.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material on the website, the website design, structure and graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website shall remain at all times owned by Artemis Rose Aromas. The material contained within the website is available for non-commercial use only.


All orders made by you through the website or phone are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

If the goods you wish to order are not available from stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:

  • Wait until the goods are available from stock
  • Cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

All details, descriptions and prices for the goods appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure all is correct and there is no damage to any item.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website at our discretion.

Payment Details

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus card processing and delivery charges. This will be confirmed to you as set out in the orders section.

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, direct transfer, or by cash (direct payment) at time of order. No goods/products will be dispatched until funds have been received.

For international shipping, we are not responsible for any additional importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you unless you have given us your consent, or in relation to your order.


We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available via our delivery partner Royal Mail. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you registered with. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to change the delivery address you may do so by contacting the us via email.

You, the customer, take all responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after delivery. Artemis Rose Aromas cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order. Orders cancelled after this time will not be accepted as cancelled and you will be liable to pay for the complete order.

Should you wish to return any of your goods, we will be happy to resolve the issue if:

  • The product(s) is not what you have ordered
  • The product(s) arrived to you in damaged condition (in which case please send a photo through of the damage).

Return of products not ordered must be sent back to us in condition received (i.e. product unopened and ready for us to re-sell).

All Returns and/or damages must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hours).
